2 rounds of panel interviews. They're looking for someone responsible yet capable of easily speaking with residents about school and personal topics. Try to be a camp counselor if possible.

The interview is held in a big conference room. Multiple candidates are interviewing at the same time, but you are only getting interviewed by two people, a Community Director (supervisor) and a Community Assistant.
