The recruiter here does a fantastic job - responsive, helpful, etc. That being said, I had a very strange interview with the hiring manager for the account manager role. He seemed inexperienced and literally let me ask all the questions. I tried to pepper in a good deal of information about myself in my questions, but it was odd, almost like he had already made his decision on who he was hiring, so the interview was just for me to learn more about them. He also cursed at one point, which felt pretty off-putting and unprofessional for an interview. The whole thing felt like he was new or inexperienced in his role and wanting to appear comfortable and informal, very bro-like vibe. The 2nd interview was much more typical, with one of his colleagues.
