Spoke with them at college career fair. Interviewed a week later on campus. The interview was standard, there were 2 people and they had a list of questions to ask. Timeline to hear back after the interview is about 2 weeks.

Describe a unit operation and how you would scale it up.
The interview process was very seamless. They reached out after getting my resume at the career fair to schedule the first-round. He was on time and was extremely conversational. It made the interview feel really comfortable and he found ways to relate to my experiences.

Tell me about your proudest academic achievement. Walk me through one of your experiences on your resume. What were the most challenging parts about being involved in the things listed on your resume?
one 45 minute interview on campus. pretty standard questions. If you do well you are invited to king of prussia PA for a round a 6 45 minute interviews. It is pretty intense, and a whole lot of talking. You will be asked the same questions many times. Also they are pretty found of asking technical questions. For example i was repeatedly asked to describe distillation, the difference between PFR and CSTR, heat transfer (exchangers) etc so it would be wise to review if you are rusty.
