I was recommended for the above job by one of the Talent Acquisition Advisors, upon cancellation of a previous role that I had applied for. I thought this was a nice touch. My interest developed in the new role and I applied straight away. Within about 9 days, a 30-minute telephone interview was scheduled. My meeting proved successful as I was then shortlisted for a face to face interview that took place across 3 back to back meeting slots. I was interviewed firstly by the recruiting manager and one of his team members (whom at first showed me around the campus). The second slot was with two other team members, who had kindly taken me for lunch in the office cafe. My last conversation was with one of the Directors, who had then also shown me other areas of the campus and the facilities. I was advised that I would receive word in about 2 weeks, which I have done. Sadly, my application was unsuccessful, however, the interview experience itself was one of the best I have ever encountered. All the people I had connected with (almost 10!) with regards to this role were all amazing and I am still fully keen to pursue a similar role within the company.
