Phone conversation with HR, Video interview, Panel interview with 3 senior managers including line manager for the role. I heard back in 5 weeks after chasing few times. They apologised as people were on holiday each time. Although interview went great and I had already discussed my minimum expected salary, after almost 6 weeks I was told I was over qualified and my salary expectations are outside the salary range for the position.

After an initial screening call, the first interview was fairly standard. Not too hard, not too easy. The interviewer was difficult to read and I was unsure how long the interview would take, so wasn't sure how much detail to go into on questions.

Was until case study round only. First one was with the recruiter who asked basic questions. Their business model is quite unique and product is niche so was interesting. But I never heard back after I submitted the case study.
