I received a 'hirevue' invitation, I had to answer questions and record myself. These questions were general, with one final written assignment.
After this step, I had a technical interview with two senior engineers.
Then I received an email: I had been overqualified for this job, so they suggested me apply for another job position.

They asked detailed questions about memory and interconnect design in advanced systems.
They also gave me a small assignment which I had to do online.
