A recruiter who works for Armamino contacted me via LinkedIn and immediately asked personal questions not appropriate for a professional environment. After sending my resume (which is the same information as on my LinkedIn), the recruiter declined to answer my questions and said that he/she would send my resume to their senior recruiter. It is disappointing that this recruiter either didn't do his/her homework or is not empowered to answer direct questions; Armamino should step up and join this century in standard recruiting professionalism.
