Received an email from a recruiter asking to set up a phone screen. She was late to the phone call by 15 minutes and then rushed through the phone screen and couldn't extend the phone call to talk more. Ended up getting a second request for a phone interview from a second recruiter who ended up missing the appointment all together. Rescheduled and she was also 15 minutes late. We still spoke for about 30 minutes though. I was invited onsite to meet with the CTO. We discussed the normal things like my experience, the job, the firm, etc. Lasted about 2 hours overall. End of the interview the CTO gives some lines about how "We don't string people along here. You'll have a job offer within 48 hours or we'll at least let you know we've made a different decision in that same time. Either way you WILL hear from us". I follow up 2 weeks later because I hadn't heard anything yet and I was moving to the offer stage with a different company but I was still interested in Armanino. 2 emails to both recruiters when ghosted. So not the best experience overall.
