First interview is phone screen with HR, then manager interview, then lastly partner interview. Questions were standard, ask about experience and other things on resume. Standard all things considered. Got my results within a week of the final interview.

The initial phone call was brief and to the point. The questions focused on my background and my career goals. The duration of time it took to obtain an initial interview was impressively short. The interviewer was very nice. They explained, in great detail, the company and the role in the company that I had applied for.
