They asked about my prior experience at a tech startup, getting into detailed questions in a way that read like blatant farming of information, even so far as to ask for style guides and processes that I wrote for the company. A few years later they reached out again and I had a similar interview experience, but when I declined again to get into the more detailed proprietary information, I did not hear back. They also mentioned that they are “not known for their compensation” which is not a great look when you are renting designer clothing. They ghosted after both interviews.
