Some VP and some other director from the company contacted me multiple times. Initially, I was not very enthusiastic as I know much of the AI and Message related technologies, but I went ahead with the interview. I had the interview with someone in HR and it went well. But after that initial interview there was no contact for few weeks. I sent an email again after a few days to check on status but no reply, no follow-up. Ghosted me completely.

I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for SE position. The profile seemed interesting so I agreed to interview with them. There were total 5 rounds and they were quite easy, you can clear them without breaking any sweat. First Round was an online coding test, which was quite easy and straight forward. Second Round was an interaction with HOE, this was of around 30 mins and it was like a general intro and around your work profile. Third Round was a kind of DS/Algo round, Two problems were asked,the problems were around array and were extremely easy. You should be able to solve it without any difficulty. Fourth Round was also a DS/Algo round, here only one question was asked which was also super easy. Fifth was with someone from US, and in this some general intro and one design problem was given. Majority of round revolved around your work ex, a small part around design. But the main problem with the process is that its quite slow, it took more than a month to complete 3 interview rounds and even for those I had to always follow up and get rounds scheduled. 2 and 3 round were so easy and similar, but here the main challenge is even if you have coded and you are able to pass the test cases the interviewer will ask you to dry run the code and explain them the code which has passed all the TC,LOL. And that too even after you have explained them the pseudo code. And here the major problem is that its easy to pass the TC than to explain them the solution because mostly they don't understand any other solution other than that of geeksforgeeks, even though it has passed the TC. Because, obviously they have picked up the problem from there and also they want the same solution. The last round was quite easy but here also there is the same problem you have to give solution which the interviewer has in mind because they are not really in a state to understand your solution which have successfully defended to be fast and efficient and also they were not able to raise any question against it. There is not depth being checked, only some easy questions are thrown and is expected that you give them the same answer which is available on GFG, otherwise the onus will be on you to explain them the solution which they would definitely won't understand and you have reiterate same thing again and again. In summary, only go here if this is your last option and if you don't have other offers,otherwise I would suggest that keep this as a backup offer and look for other good offers as I found even the team is not that talented,I might be wrong but I definitely had a very bad experience till the final round.
