A two stage interview. First round included a technical knowledge questionnaire, competency based interview and a roleplay scenario of a fact find meeting. Second round was less formal and more of a discussion about the company, role and expectations.

First call was an informal chat with the regional manager. Second stage was a two to three hour formal interview with competency-based questions, knowledge test and role play. Offer was made after this and then a few calls with the regional manager on salary negotiations etc.
