The whole process starts with application through USA Jobs. If you are selcted from qualifications you then interview. Interview took shorter than expected and was able to interview a month after applying. Questions were straight forward.

Resumes need to reflect the minimum qualifying experience and as many KSDs as possible to get through. Apply through usajobs and make sure to have updated forms. Once the job closes, if your application make it through, the board president will schedule an interview based on candidate pool.
