I got a call from the department manager. did an interview, they ask the standard questions like any other job, it's really easy and i just winged it. sometimes they will ask you like situational questions which can be hard but that's about it. one of the things they really look for is availability and someone they can depend on.

Interviewed for 2 positions by 2 different managers. Was offered a job at $8.60 and I asked if it was negotiable and they said they would get wirth me. Got a call back 30 minutes later worth an offer of $8.10. Retaliation from the manager for asking for a better rate? Certainly seemed like it.

Quick and easy. I got asked about my work experience and my likes and dislikes within the job. There were also questions about my personal ethics, especially when dealing with co-workers and bosses, and questions about the level of stress I think I can keep under control.

Manager asked simple questions "days you can work, experience, what kind of worker are you, dependable?, fairly simple and quick, lasted about 15 min. If you go in with a positive attitude you would get the job, aafes is always hiring and they open their doors to alot of people in need of a job.
