After conducting some odd personality and cognitive function tests, I had a great conversation with the recruiter for this role, who expressed excitement in submitting me for both an Account Manager and CSM role. After a week of no response, I got an email saying they are moving forward with other candidates. Seems like a bullet dodged based on the reviews.
Waste of time! They sent me a bunch of intelligence and predictive index tests which I did took over an hour and then never heard back. Not a thank you were not interested…nothing.
