I had a very negative experience with Array. There are four rounds to the interview process which I will list below. I got positive feedback at each round, especially the final one. However, even if you do well at every round, the CTO makes the decision to give you the offer or not. After doing the final round of interviews, I went three weeks without hearing if I got an offer or not. Finally, I got a call from the recruiter, and he told me that I did not get an offer. I was disappointed because I received very positive feedback at every round. At the end, I did not get an offer after three weeks of little to no communication. Also, they say that they pay competitively. I do not think so. The recruiter told me that the salary range for a Senior Software Engineer at Array is between $100K to $125K. Other companies will have better salaries for Senior Software Engineers in my opinion. Interview Process: 1. Recruiter Call 2. Interview with the Hiring Manager to speak more about candidate's resume and skills. 3. Coding Test and Homework. The homework that I did consist of create a Login Auth API. 4. Core Values Interview (a behaviorial interview) and a System Design Interview.
