The interview process here is a bit of a joke. Taking some sort of standardized test is absolutely ridiculous, and it's seem pretty clear individuals I interviewed with have some underlying concerns around the business strength and just how involved the CEO is. I asked pretty directly having read through other Glassdoor reviews and it seems pretty obvious there's very little autonomy. Run.

Connected with recruiter (Matt) on Linkedin which led to a quick convo. Scheduled a call with GPM for the product sense interview. Appreciated the mutual respect for time & efficiency - recruiting operations runs well here. The next steps are meeting several members of the team over the next few weeks. They have a builder/founder mode startup culture which isn't for everyone but I personally love.
