I had a 1hr interview with the hiring manager. Spent most of that time just telling me about the company. At the end, the hiring manager said he wanted to arrange another interview to continue the process . Haven't heard from him since - looking at other interview reviews here, it seems common practice to ghost candidates at Arrival. Pretty disrespectful and cowardly in my opinion.

Do you have end to end experience of building a product, from proposition to live?

Initial conversation with recruiter / HR was great - really friendly, good conversation and insightful information about the company.
Second stage was an interview with the area lead - and I have never had such a negative experience. Was 10 minutes late, which I get people run over, but the excuse was that it was first day back in the office and was catching up with people in the kitchen.
I was constantly interrupted and pushed, again happens in interviews and I understand interruptions to test your on the spot skills, but I at least expect to have an opportunity to answer the question in a structured way.
Finished exactly on time, and due to being late didn't have any time to ask questions.
I got the impression they didn't really want to be there, and after this experience I wasn't really interested in working there either.
Good work from HR / Recruiter - but the follow up interviews need to be better.

Similar to FB Product Sense and Execution style questions. (although don't attempt to answer in the same way as you'll be constantly interrupted)

I've never been through such a disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional process at any point in my career.
The first phone interview was cancelled 30 minutes before the meeting. Then the second one - the external recruiter simply forgot to tell me he scheduled one (in general, the recruitment agency they are using is a bad joke but that's for a different review).
It took them more than a month after the phone interview to invite me to another one at their office. I was supposed to be interviewed by two different team members. 1 hour before the interview the recruiter texted me that I will be interviewed by someone else. Got to their office for the interview and 10 minutes after it was supposed to start someone just showed up and said this new person was too busy.
I ended up having one interview (instead of two originally scheduled) with two people who didn't even bother to introduce themselves. I had to ask them at the end who they were and what their role at the company was.
I am not quite sure they knew exactly what they were interviewing me for, as the questions were very general, superficial and had nothing to do with product management.
Best part? When I finished the interview I had a few missed calls and messages left on my phone, asking why I didn't show up to the interview...
Maybe that explains why 3 weeks after, I still didn't get any feedback from the company. I did reach out to them and to the recruiter over email - nobody bothered to answer (I am assuming at this point it's a no?).
If their recruitment process says anything about the way they treat employees, then it is definitely not a place where I would want to work.
