You’ll spend around 40 minutes shadowing someone, and despite encouraging questions, they clearly don’t appreciate too many of them. The office itself is huge and looks impressive, but keep in mind there seems to be a high turnover rate, with many people leaving “for no reason,” which says a lot on its own. They are not really evaluating your long-term ambitions or whether you’re capable of doing the job—they seem more focused on whether you’re willing to work hard under their specific conditions without pushing back. They want to see that you’re engaged, taking notes, and writing down questions—but again, not too many. If you’re looking for stability, strong leadership, and a well-established work culture, this is probably not the right place for you. It’s disappointing because there are clearly many ambitious and talented people there, but the environment feels more exploitative than supportive.
