Consisted of three rounds. The first being a phone call with a recruiter to determine what your ambitions are and what you're looking for. The second round is a phone call with a senior recruiter to talk more about the job and about you. Lastly the third round is an in-person shadow and back to back 45 minute interviews. The interviews ask about your experiences and how you handle certain situations.

The interview process was great! I really appreciated everything that the team did for me, it was awesome to get a tour of the facilities, shadow, and have two sales managers take the time to sit down and interview me. Everyone was super nice and it was very clear how serious team culture is taken at Arrive!
