Simple three Step interview process , nothing out of the box but one needs to be through with the behavioral aspect :
1) Behavioral interview - this was one on one HR interview , which lasted for 30 mins several basic behavioral questions were put up to me.
2) Technical interview - this was a team interview more of like a panel based , where my to be lead and technical architect tested me on several concepts pertaining to my work. The overall experience was collaborative.
3) Manager interview- This was more of a get to know each other kind of interview, where my manager apprised me of several technical initiatives his team as take up at Arrow, and it what capacity and direction I will be working towards if am brought on board with them.
