The interview process consisted of 3 rounds-1 Telephonic, 1 technical ,1 HR. Telephonic round was more about insight into your past projects. Technical round - questions about JAVA/J2EE,database. The interviwer was friendly.

Very requirement specific technical interview. They keep focus on the role for which they are hiring. They check your skills and ability to match to that role. Interview process was quick and not very hectic.
