The interview process at Arrow was very straightforward. I met with someone in HR, and then ultimately was connected with my manager. It felt like a conversation and not a formal interview. I spoke with 2/3 employees.

- I would call the 2nd interview a conversation more than an interview which I really liked
- The recruiters were very personal and I really enjoyed that about them
- They went out of their way to make sure any of your questions were answered
- Unfortunately, the internship was cancelled due to covid, but they stayed with me the whole time and kept me in the loop for next summer, and I was offered again
