This company does group interviews which I tend to see as a red flag - the company immediately already valuing their time over yours ( The Interview is 2 hours btw ). I was expecting the interview to be with multiple members of the team, but it was only the founder along with 5 other applicants. It was mostly a standard question and answer format, with each applicant taking their turn to showboat.. I think one applicant might have actually fallen asleep. I received no followup whatsoever to the interview. "Employee Ghosting" after an interview is bad taste, but a potential employer doing this during a pandemic where arts educators have been largely laid off across the country is truly vile. Do Not Recommend.
