I have already worked for ARtech, so this was a call to check on my availability for a new project. My resume clearly states I am not an IT professional, though I have IT experience. My resume is in their database (only 4 months old), but they asked for an updated resume, asked when I completed my last contract (2 weeks ago). They are mainly interested if they can sell you to their clients, so the questions are focused on length and depth of experience. The CLIENT, on the other hand, will interview you in great depth, according to the specifics of the job they are seeking to fill. So, ARtech is an easy interview. I found my interview with the employer lengthy and deep.
