Un premier entretien RH sur les motivations. Puis 3 entretiens "techniques" avec un senior consultant, un consultant manager, puis un directeur. Les intervieweurs notent la motivation du candidat, ses soft-skills (communication générale) et ses hard-skills dans une moindre mesure (connaissances data).

Business Case : questions marketing digital (Social media advertising, segmentation, SEO/SEA, etc), questions sur les différentes façons de collecter des données.

Recruiter screen, then a 'technical' second round. Sent multiple emails about what technical would entail -- coding, consulting case study etc. No response. Interviewer did not know what position I applied for. Told me they only had 30 minutes for the hour long interview. Quizzed me on textbook terms... did not seem engaged at all and was condescending. Did not make it past the second round, but did not want to work there anyway after the treatment.

Colloquio
The interview process consisted of 3 interview rounds. The 1st one was the HR screening. The 2nd and 3rd rounds were conducted together as part of a recruitment day at their office. The 2nd round was conducted by a senior consultant and the 3rd round was conducted by a director. Both these rounds consisted of fit questions, business case, market sizing, and technical questions on data. Overall, the process was smooth and well organised.
