I applied online. I heard back within two weeks for an in-person interview with another one of the development managers. It is a part time position. It was about a 30 minute interview. I haven't heard back yet, but it's still the middle of the week, and she told me she has four more interviews. I'm still not sure if I have the job. The woman who interviewed me seemed nice, and the office seemed very small. I was amazed at how many events they do per year, but that's any big non profit organization I guess.

I applied and did not hear back for about 3 months. Their recruiter reached out and requested a phone conversation. She asked very typical questions regarding my experience. I then had a second interview with the Executive Director, who also asked very typical questions about my experience. Neither interview felt like a conversation, nor did there seem to be interest in the answers I was giving or questions I asked. I was ghosted after the second interview and never heard back from the ED or recruiter regarding any feedback or reasoning for not being selected to move forward.
