Der übliche Bewerbungsprozess bei Beratungsunternehmen läuft wie folgt ab: Zunächst findet ein Motivationsinterview statt, dann folgen drei Case Interviews und ein Gespräch mit einem Partner. Am Ende steht eine Präsentation, die einer Kundenpräsentation gleicht. Insgesamt ein guter Prozess mit guter Begleitung durch die HR Team.
