I was emailed about an interview. I responded then it took almost a month to reply to email. Then schedules a phone interview which I thought went very well. Supposedly the team wants to move forward with second rounds , then given a salary before any offer. I have never accepted any offer of any sort before a job offer. Then I was completely ghosted again for the second time . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME
