While this is a great company, the interview process is rather lengthy and a bit confusing. The recruiter will tell you to "study" their methodology and purchase a book, but the interviewer does not even discuss the book or their culture. I feel that I was set up to fail in the interview, as I would have focused MORE on my own background/experience had I known that was what the manager was looking for. She kept interrupting me during the interview and I just did not feel its a company that I want to work for. It worked out for the best but I will not be interviewing with them in the future. If you receive a call from them, dont waste your time purchasing the book. or studying the "HCO culture" because thats not what the manager cares about. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as I KNOW I am a great salesperson and I do not feel I was able to accurately portray that during the interview. It's clearly a company that cares more about what people SAY than what they can actually DO.
