Very simple interview process. It was not a professional interview as it was very relaxed. Manager spoke about themselves. I was hired without much getting to know me as it was getting to know why they chose the company.

Very informal. I prepared for the interview, and there really wasn't much involved. My manager told me some of the things the campaign was working on, and the place I was fundraising for. No preparation needed. The manager only asked me one question.
