The interview process has two parts. A written test, more like a case study followed by a technical interview.
The case study involves 4 questions with each question having some sub-questions. Candidates need to answer any one, based on your field of interest. Since i was applying for Electrical engineer, i chose to answer the questions related to MEP services.
After the half hour written test, the answers are analysed by the interview panel and during the technical interview, those answers are discussed to understand the candidate's thought process.

2. then followed with a online test.
3. Virtual assessment centre including technical exercise, interview and case study in the end(single task, not a group case study)

cant remember clearly, one of them was something like "how much do you know about Electrical Engineering in building services?"
It was composed of 3 stages (back in 2017):
1) apply online (answer questions, expand on some of them)
2) telephone interview (about 30-45minutes)
3) live interview (several interviews, all in all about 4 hours long)
