Long process. Gave my application in November. Had a telephone interview in January. Got through to the next stage where I was sent a case study on trip generation with a few calculations to figure out and create an excel spreadsheet. Now I have an assesment centre.

First began with competency based questions such as what would you do if your manager gave you role on a big project which you were keen on and then took you out mid way to work on a smaller project how would you react and feel. Then went on to ask how do the Arup key speech values resonate with me.
