Competency based interview to detail on specific skills and knowledge for the role, some questions on experience and previous roles plus your own thoughts on where you would like to see your career in the future. Interviews are usually a two stage process: the first being a two on one with your line manager and a team mate and the second being with the group leader and another line manager.
