I did the interview through Microsoft Teams. It was a very smooth process. The Arup Chicago team gave me the impression of having capable and knowledgeable engineers. One tip I would provide is to have a general outline of what you want to highlight from your past project, what you did in your previous role, and your best projects from school/work since they will be asking you questions that are very specific and detailed.
