The interviewer was polite although I had the sense she was writing down my answers. A foreigner too, btw. I never got any feedback. I eventually got a rejection mail.

The telephone interview was the first stage after reviewing the application. It was a 30 minute call and questions focused on behavioral competences (by presenting case studies and asking) and motivation for joining Arup. The interview was successful and I proceeded to the next stage, which was the review of application from the hiring manager.
