Interview was part of the assessment centre with a technical exercise prior to it and discussed during. Two interviewers present with one dealing with motivation and another competencies. Asked some left field questions but mostly interested in skills based and motivation rather than experience.

Intense but enjoyable, with a technical excercise and case study to accompany. The interview felt like a conversation instead of an interrogation. The interviewers and other people involved in the assessment centre were lovely. Make sure to come well-prepared to the interview.
