Very delayed in response times, felt as if application not given time of day. Gave a speech from existing apprentices, and then an assessment centre. Also included a video interview process.

Interview process was similar to a lot of the big companies, multiple online stages before getting to a person. Had a video interview, online game stage, before the first screening call.
