Was invited to do an online competency assessment on sova assessments. I would recommend to do some sample practice ones online first, especially the logical ones. No video assessment at this stage, but answers are timed and will have an impact on your final grading?

Three stage.
1. Application form with Questions
I would recommend to really think about the questions and dont using AI to fill them.
2. Numerical and Reasoning online assesment
It can be a bit tricky the reasoning part, its confusing. The numerical part is okay.
3. Online Interview with and assesment.
Its a long interview, but overall its not difficuilt. They are interested in knowing you and your tought process.
