Initial interview was done over a pre-recorded video platform. Asked about 8 questions and had multiple opportunities to redo a video. All video responses had to be under 1 minute which felt very rushed
First round was pre-recorded. You had 3 attempts for each of 5 questions that they asked you. You got to watch yourself back before submitting the video. Haven't had a 2nd round interview yet.
