I first had an online recorded interview where I answered a series of pre-set questions. This part of the process was designed to assess my skills, communication abilities, and how I approach problem-solving. After successfully passing this stage, I was invited to meet with the team for a live interview. During the meeting, the team asked me various questions, which were more specific to my experience and the project I would potentially be working on. They were interested in understanding my thought process, technical expertise, and how well I would fit within the team dynamics. As part of the discussion, the team provided an in-depth explanation of the project, outlining its goals, the current challenges, and the technologies being used. They walked me through the key components, giving me a better sense of what the role would entail and how I could contribute to the project's success. The discussion helped me understand both the technical and collaborative aspects of the position, which left me feeling excited about the opportunity.

I was invited to a virtual pre-recorded interview, where I was given 1 to 3 attempts to answer each question. There were a total of 9 questions, most of which focused on my background, experiences, and personality. The interview aimed to get a better sense of who I am beyond my resume—questions ranged from my motivations and strengths to how I handle challenges and work in a team. It was a unique format that allowed me to reflect on my journey and present myself in an authentic way, even though I wasn’t speaking to someone live.
