I applied for another vacancy, but turned out I didn't have one of the requirements. However, the recruiter liked my CV and asked if I was interested in another vacancy. I said yes, we had a chat through the phone, and then she called me in to have a proper interview. During the interview, I had to do a bit of a test. Nothing special, simple math/logic and language. Got a response a couple of days after that that I had gotten the job. That's it!

I sent my application on the internet. They answered me after 2 weeks. I had a phone call to get more information about the job. When I said that I was interested, they sent me information about the job and tips for the interview. I had the interview the week after. I just had an interview in Arvato offices. No other step.

Simple process, you just need to know everything about the position and the product you are going to work with. Also be prepare for a language test (easy) , the recruiters some of them are nice others very picky and not friendly at all, in the interview sometimes they think that you are going to work for the NASA or the goverment hahahahha
