Basic questions about experience and goals. There were three people, two managers and the recruiter. It was very basic, basically they just asked me why I fit in the job position, what were the KPIs of my colleagues, how can I fix the team, etc. Of course, my background, and goals was important part of the conversation.

Very easy and nice process. This multinational company is much more than what it looks like at the begging. Nice environment. Recruiters were very nice to me. No negatives so far. All good, nice and easy.

Not much to say - competency based interview, background check - expectations on STAR method to structure answers... Recruiters are often moody. In essence, not a great opportunity to learn and practice interview skills.
