Two stage interview process (video conference).
Professional interview process based on the job I applied for up to the first stage for a fixed-term project based role. After this waited weeks for a second interview by which time the role had morphed; not that I was told this but the interview questions didn’t align and left feeling confused and unclear as to what role was I was being considered for. It then took a further two weeks chasing to receive a “no” for a permanent HRBP role looking after a small client group I would not have applied for in the first place. A complete disregard of 2 months’ of my time.
If are reading this in preparation for a HR role with Asahi, I would suggest meeting all key stakeholders in the selection process so as not to fall foul of conflicting expectations once starting.

took 6 months with multiple interview stages with senior stakeholders. first interview was technical, then leadership, then culture fit. no feedback between interviews, just a meeting request. No feedback at the end of the process - you are just unsuccessful.
