The interview was conducted in a highly professional manner. The interviewer was well prepared, structured the conversation clearly, and respected time throughout the discussion. Questions were relevant, thoughtful, and focused on real responsibilities rather than abstractions. Communication was clear and direct, creating a constructive and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the interview reflected a serious, well-organized process and left a strong impression of professionalism and competence.

Fantastic. The people were personal, engaged, consistent and compassionate. Every step was on point with clear follow through and no question on the objectives. The people were wonderful. The depth of the interviews made it clear they are looking for top talent and know how to consistently hire for it. There were a number of people who interviewed me that said 'I can't imagine working anywhere else', so it was clear that they actually live out their values. At one point there was a person on the client success side I wanted to meet with that was not in my interview loop and they added him in. They demonstrated their ability to be nimble in order to make sure it was a mutual fit. They also never added pressured or tried to 'sell me' on Asana but rather were making sure it was a position that made sense for both them and me. I felt like I grew in my career just by going through the candidate experience with Asana. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering.
