Studying the interview prep guide they give you, follow up with the coordinators of the interview, and being kind to your interviewers goes a long way. Overall the team was very communicative, and kept me up to date with the interview structure and process (took about 2 months). I made it to the final rounds, which consisted of a 1hr design interview (1 leetcode style Q, 1 OO design Q), 30min culture chat (you get a chance to speak w/ an employee about what it's like working there, not part of the assessment), 2hr coding interview (1hr OO design challenge, 5 min of which to go over the problem and ask clarifying Qs, , 1hr to go over the challenge with the interviewers).
