The interview process was way too easy. One softball interview and then they made an offer. The problems came in after that. Their "offer" had an initial respond by of 3 days. I asked for an extra 4 days which they granted but there was a lot of pressure and I felt rushed with the decision because they claimed that they wanted to get the project they were hiring me for ASAP.
Their person was continually texting/calling me daily trying to sell me on the position. After I accepted, all of that stopped and I had trouble getting a confirmation on a start date out of them despite multiple attempts or getting their background check going.
After a week I decided to move on because they obviously did not have their act together. If things are this broken before joining I can only imagine what things would be like afterwords. They are going to try to sell you on "career opportunities" but at the end of the day, it is very apparent this is another body shop that sells work for a project with people it doesn't have, does a mad rush to try to find bodies for it and then lets them go once the project is finished.
