First interview was a Panel interview with management and staff where they reviewed my experience and discussed the clinic and nurse role, and called back for an interview with chief physician of the department. Relatively relaxed interview, no curveball questions.

Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue
