There is was a phone call interview followed by a panel interview. 1. The phone call consisted of typical interview questions. I got a call back the next day for another in person interview. 2. The in person/panel interview was a series of scenario questions and how I would respond to it. The questions were really long. I looked at a computer while they read the questions to me. The room environment was not warm and slightly awkward and tense.
