i was called for my first interview and it was conducted by two managers who were very easy going much like i went in for a chat it was quite enjoyable actually. I was then called a couple days later for a second interview and it was very informal like the first one but this was with the upper manager of the department it went well and was very comfortable

Got the interview quick due to already being with the company but when I was hired I did not hear from them for a month. Kept calling but no return
